Kia is a passionate and committed sales professional who brings 20-plus years of industry know-how to the KickCharge team. She began her career as a mortgage banker and then after raising her young children, she made the move to insurance, building an impressive $1M agency. Her vast experience with training and growing sales teams, not to mention her winning personality, makes her uniquely qualified to put the “kick” in KickCharge!
Becoming part of the KickCharge team is personal for Kia. She got to see firsthand the impact a well-executed rebrand could make on a small business, having watched KickCharge take her brother, Tommy Mello, and his A1 Garage Door Service to soaring levels of success. Kia knew she wanted to be part of the team that made that happen, and she can’t wait to help other KickCharge clients achieve their goals.
Kia graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Communications and French.
Kia has a severe case of wanderlust and loves to travel. After having studied France in college, she lived out everyone’s favorite dream—backpacking through Europe. She cherishes sharing these travel experiences with her kids and exposing them to new cultures. Most recently, the family traveled to Italy to take in all the “Boot” had to offer.
Kia is a busy mom to three teenagers. When she’s not at work, she is usually attending one of their sporting events or acting as their personal, unpaid Uber driver. Kia also has a large extended family and enjoys spending time with her many aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
