Growing up, Kim thought she was destined to become a therapist or a guidance counselor because she’s always loved the idea of helping people. But she also had many fond memories of the time she spent at her grandmother’s travel agency, which fit the mold of a more traditional business environment. HR offers that perfect middle ground of supporting both the employer and the employee, a balance that Kim absolutely loves. She is a multitasker who thrives on the diversity that is intrinsic to human resources. It’s why she’s been doing it for so long—and it’s what ultimately brought her to KickCharge Creative.
To say that Kim loves music would be an understatement. She grew up with a jukebox in the basement and some sort of tune always playing in the house. She’s an avid concertgoer and has been watching live music from the time she could walk. She can literally “name that tune in one note” (just throw one her way to find out!). Her passion for music overlaps many genres—she loves everything from country to oldies to alternative to pop! She’s seen many of her favorite artists perform live, including Billy Joel, Lionel Richie, Zac Brown Band and Luke Bryan, to name a few! Her sweet escape is being able to sit on the beach and dig her toes into the sand. Just send her anywhere tropical and she’s a happy camper!

Kim loves spending time with family and friends. You can usually find her either cheering her son on in lacrosse games and track meets or at dance recitals doing the same for her daughter. During a typical weekend, she’s running around and having fun with her kids or getting together with her sister or her besties for food, wine and laughs. Kim does not like to cook, but she loves to eat and going out to eat. She has never met a food she wouldn’t try!
Her proudest accomplishments are her two incredible kids! She looks at them in awe every day. Watching them grow, try new things, hearing them laugh and simply seeing the world through their eyes is truly a gift.
“Dance like nobody’s watching.” It applies to not only dancing, but to life. Do what you love, have fun and always be your authentic self no matter what others think!
