Account Executive

We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team. We seek a candidate who isn’t afraid to roll up his or her sleeves and get involved. Our dream candidate enjoys being client-facing and juggling multiple projects in order to efficiently manage our ever-increasing workload all while keeping a smile on his or her face.

This is a full-time, in-house opportunity to join our team in Washington, NJ. The entire team works virtual on Fridays.

Key Job Requirements

  • Serve as a project manager overseeing the timely completion of assignments and deliverables for a multitude of print and digital projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred along with at least three years of relevant experience within an agency setting.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with changing deadlines and/or issues with ease, confidence, maturity and impeccable time management skills.

People Skills. We take a hard line on soft skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and a rock-solid commitment to manage even the most demanding clients’ expectations all while having our clients’ backs and a positive attitude. In short, this candidate must ensure no balls get dropped and all projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Good sense of humor and ability to get along well with other team members and clients. This candidate should understand the importance of kindness, respect and patience.
