Digital Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a driven digital marketing associate with two to three years of experience to join our team here in Washington, NJ. Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses not only the right skills, but the right mindset. Creativity and top-notch writing abilities are pivotal for this role. Beyond these fundamental skills, we’re looking for someone who understands our “why.” Why a message needs to be crafted a certain way for our clientele. Why we strategize and brainstorm the way we do. Someone who can always see the bigger picture and help craft the “what” (social media posts, email content, etc.) based on our “why.” In case you’re not already familiar with us, our “why” and our purpose is to flip the switch on marketing and make it a life-changing, irreplaceable asset for our clients. We lower clients’ long-term marketing costs through exceptional branding. Once the brand is built, it needs to be carefully rolled out and positioned for digital greatness. That’s where you come in.

The right fit will be a versatile writer, creative thinker and go-getter. You will have the opportunity to contribute across different areas of our agency including social media, email marketing and copywriting, to name a few.

We’re a close-knit crew, so the ability to thrive both independently and as a team player is a must. One minute you might be analyzing the data of a client’s social media strategy and the next, you’ll be crafting branded content for a new email campaign. You will get to play an active role in both the planning and execution of our digital marketing strategies. When we see our clients gaining traction and leaving their competition in the digital dust, you’ll know it was largely because of you.

This is a full-time, in-house opportunity to join our team in Washington, NJ. The entire team works virtual on Fridays.

On Any Given Day, You Might

• Assist with publishing blog posts on WordPress websites, laying out email newsletters, scheduling social media posts, gathering campaign data and performing any other tasks delegated by our director of content and digital marketing.
• Craft unique, custom content for our clients. This can be in the form of social media content calendars, print materials, blogs and more.
• Help develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for our clients. You will achieve this by conducting your own research, collaborating internally with other members of our team and communicating directly with our clients.
• Build rapport with our clients to become an extension of their team and ensure the success of our long-term, digital marketing partnerships.
• Help support our own internal digital marketing efforts.
• Brainstorm and research to help name a company or develop a tagline.

• The ability to meet deadlines and manage a fluctuating schedule.
• An eagerness to continually learn new skills and leverage the ones you already have.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and social media platforms is required. Familiarity with WordPress, MailChimp, Buffer, BeePro, Constant Contact and SEO best practices is a huge plus!
• A great sense of humor and someone who likes to joke around and laugh throughout the day!
