Office Administrator
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team. Are you looking to work hard and have fun? Do you love multi-tasking and keeping everyone around you organized and happy—all while keeping a smile on your face? If yes, then this is the role for you!
We are located in Washington NJ (Warren County) Must be able to be on site Monday through Thursday. Our entire office is remote on Fridays.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones and Front Desk Duties – Serve as the friendly voice of KickCharge, answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Office Supplies and Inventory Management – Keep an eye on office supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, and other essentials, and reorder as needed.
- Errands and Runs – Handle local errands, such as post office runs, bank deposits, and picking up lunch or coffee for the team as needed. Coordinate with team members for special delivery requests, making sure everyone has what they need to power through the day.
- Workspace Organization and Cleanliness – Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace in common areas, such as the kitchen, conference room, and front desk. Ensure printer paper and office supplies are stocked and available for easy access.
- Team Assistance on Small Projects – Lend a helping hand across various departments on minor projects, such as organizing materials, helping prep for meetings, making copies, etc.
- Administrative Tasks – data entry, filing, or light research to support the team in delivering their best work.
- Supporting Office Culture – Help make the office a fun, friendly, and high-energy space by organizing treats, decorations, or other morale-boosting extras. Act as an extra set of hands for team events and gatherings from setup to clean-up, making sure everything goes off without a hitch.
- Miscellaneous Duties – Jump in as needed to support the day-to-day operations of a busy branding agency, helping the team stay efficient, organized, and well-caffeinated!
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in an office environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
