This is the second brand we’ve done with KickCharge. My father first worked with Dan over 10 years ago, so when we needed a brand for another business, we knew exactly who to go to. In our industry, almost every truck is white with a green logo and we were one of them. When we decided to increase our marketing efforts, we knew we needed something that would actually stand out and stick if we were going to invest in advertising. KickCharge delivered exactly that. The colors pop, the mascot is incredibly memorable, and no one else in our area looks like us. The first time we drove the truck after it was wrapped, people were honking and giving us thumbs-up. Seeing it on the road for the first time was definitely a “wow” moment. Our uniforms look just as sharp — professional, unique, and cohesive with the truck wraps. The whole brand really leaves a mark. The team’s reaction has been incredible too. Everyone felt reinvigorated, and it created a real sense of excitement and pride in being part of something better. KickCharge handled everything — logo, truck wraps, uniforms, collateral, and all the details in between — with an incredible amount of thought and care. They’re easy to work with, patient, open to exploring both our ideas and theirs, and genuinely responsive to feedback and tweaks. They just do really nice work. This is a long overdue review. We had KickCharge redesign our branding quite some time ago now. These guys are awesome! Everyone we dealt with was an absolute rockstar. We are a small company but the amount of people that tell us they see our vans all over the place is incredible. And the best part? They remember us for when they actually need us! I'm pleased to share my experience with KickCharge Creative. They are the cream of the crop in the industry. They are the original pioneers of the home service branding agencies, and their work shows it. Professional, knowledgeable and creative team all across the board. I started from ground zero with this brand, and went through a whole naming process, which I'm very thankful I did. Many people nowadays would like to just use AI to come up with a new name, logo, wrap design, etc., but I'm very thankful I did not. I'm really glad I was able to watch a bunch of their YouTube videos and read Dan's book which really opened my eyes. It was a no brainer after fully understanding the concept and a reminder of our target audience. Very happy with the final product! Kickcharge Creative has a great team of artists and make great brands that are memorable. They rebranded my company formerly known as Luxury Comfort HVAC to Lighter Living™. The process does take quite some time. In my case I signed contract in September 2025 and didn't have final artwork available till March and I'm still waiting on website which may not be ready till May-June 2026. Holding off on/negotiating brand marketing and advertising during the transition really is stressful, but in the end the wait is worth it.

After a couple years of debating we finally settled on KickCharge to help us with the rebrand. Our old brand wasn't grabbing the attention we wanted or fully representing who we are. Working with KickCharge Creative has been great for all three services that we have paid for. The first, was a total rebrand of our moving company in Austin. They came up with the name, Boxer Buddies, with a friendly mascot that has been doing a great job in our market so far. For the rebrand we worked mainly with Gina, Jessica and Jesse. All three of these people are easy to work with and very experienced when it comes to home service branding. Thanks guys! For the website build and continuing SEO services we have been working with Nicole and Alyse. They are both top notch at what they do and I would highly recommend all of the employees that I've interacted with thus far. His book, "Branded Not Blanded", was a great read and I recommend reading that if you know you need to rebrand. Glad we took this route and our business is doing much better after rebranding. Man. What an experience with KickCharge. I cannot speak highly enough about what this company is able to do. They truly did take us from "blanded" to "branded" within the span of 4 short months. Here's some quick suggestions for anyone who is considering going with KickCharge: 1) Rebranding is stressful. Get all the decision makers in the room and squared up before you proceed. You can waste alot of time not being ready to make quick decisions. 2) Your brand is not about you. It's ultimately designed to attract the kind of people you want to be apart of your organization. This means your external customer base and your internal partners (employees). Set aside your emotion on what YOU think looks good, because while you may be really good at running your business or fixing things, you probably aren't a branding expert, so take the recommendations that Dan and his team give you and give a ton of weight to what they say. 3) I could be wrong, but the way I think of branding is it's a one time investment (like 95%) that you get a payback on for the entire duration of your company. There are very few ways you can invest in your company like investing it in a good brand. 4) I believe that KickCharge stands alone currently as the absolute best in branding the service-based industry. Look at their work, spend time on their website, and do your research - but you can trust that they are going to be at the top of the industry in what they can produce. 5) Just do it.

We used KickCharge to refresh our brand and we've gotten nothing but compliments since it went live! They did a great job of taking all of the team's idea and meeting us in the middle with a design everyone enjoyed.
