Here’s the inside dirt: When it comes to designing killer truck wraps that put our clients in the driver’s seat, we know there’s no team better than KickCharge Creative. But we must admit that the validation we got—year after year—from the folks at HVACR Business added a little extra fuel to our creative tanks.

From 2007 to 2024, the magazine’s Tops in Trucks Fleet Design Contest was a highly coveted and prestigious award that our wrap designs dominated for quite some time. In 2023, for example, our designs completely swept the competition!

A Winning Combination for Truck Wrap Design

Here’s how the competition worked: Professional design teams like ours didn’t actually enter the contest. It was open to our clients, the home services contractors themselves. Each design was evaluated by a panel of judges chosen by HVACR Business. The criteria the judges considered included: the wow factor of the logo, the overall graphic design, colors, lettering and the ability to integrate the wrap into the company’s overall marketing campaign.

Clean, simple and impactful. These are comments we saw over and over again from the contest judges. This philosophy of design is a winning combination—one we’ve been preaching to our clients since time immortal. That’s why our wrap designs were consistent award winners and our clients continue to leave their competition in the dust!
