When we first started our company we had no idea how branding was so important! We just thought of a name that sounded cool and started to work on what we knew best which was Air Conditioning. We noticed that our name and brand was extremely confusing to most/all of our customers! People would see our van and not know our name! This got us to thinking that a change needed to be made fast! Dan is the man!A company is only as good as their branding and marketing. If you are not leaving your customers with a brand worth remembering, it doesn't matter how good of a plumber you are because that customer will forget you a few months after you fix their problem. In these days of Google, Yelp, HomeAdvisor and others trying to sell you customer info, you want your company to be the one that customers search out instead. Dan and his company have a long track record of helping plumbing and HVAC shops across the US fix their image issues. On his website, he lists dozens of before and after pictures alongside client testimonials of how his work has increased revenue and profit for them. Dan does not work by himself, he has a highly skilled team that each contribute to performing top notch customer service. KickCharge Creative offers a tremendous value to their clients by offering multiple packages depending on what their clients are searching for. Some customers may just need a logo redesigned, while other companies that have been in business for many years may decide it's time to update the logo, website, vehicle wrap designs and stationary. UPDATE: I'm upgrading my original review of 4 stars to 5 stars. A year later, this wrap design continues to get endless compliments, comments, questions, and most important... BUSINESS.If you're thinking about hiring KickCharge for a truck or van wrap, you're going to get the best design in the world, hands down. There's just no question about that. Nobody else does what these guys do. If you want the best, look no further. Communication could be better. I had a couple questions during the design process that were glossed over, which led to irritations and some wasted time when I went to hire a local installer (I'm in Indiana, KickCharge is in New Jersey). In the end, everything turned out fine and I now have the best looking carpet cleaning van in my state. I'd compare working with KickCharge to dating a super model. She knows she's the best looking, which means she also knows she can get away with some shenanigans, and she knows you'll tolerate it because you both know it's impossible for you to do any better. So yes, there are some issues. But big picture, you're still dating a smoking hot super model. If that makes sense. In reality, this rating should be a 4.5 instead of a 4. I just can't go a full 5 because of the communication issues. Would use again. Would highly recommend. You won't be sorry.

When we first approached them for a truck wrap, they refused because our logo was not good enough. We laughed, and tried to find someone else to design the wraps. Bare with me a moment, this review might be longer then just “this company does good work”. If you searched for a company to brand your business, then you already know no one else comes close to Kickcharge creative. I found them online by mistake, and it took me 4 months to decide to use them. But ultimately I didn't want to pay twice for branding. Why hire cheap today and then still have do it right in 5 years?!So we invested in our brand and did it right from the beginning. Their process is very thorough to make sure they understand who your target audience is and what your offering that makes you different from the competition. TOPS IN TRUCKS 2019!!! That says how good they are at what they do. But the true story is how great they are at understanding who you are. This company is by far the best of the best. I reached out for a new look, something bold and not so flat. Seatown Electric Heating and Air is a five star company that had a 3 star look. After working with Dan and his team of unbelievably talented, creative geniuses we now have a fun, bold, vibrant brand that matches our 5 star reputation. From the moment we gave the green light kickcharge was on it! Communication is excellent, the creative literature and logo all speak the same language and we couldn't be happier. Was it worth it???? I was reluctant to invest wrapping 30 plus vans, and the cost for the brand but wow! Everyday we get phone calls saying we see your vans everywhere, constant comments from potential customers and existing customers that say they love the new look. We even had a few people call literally just to compliment on our trucks (no work needed). I have heard multiple techs say customers compliment our literature and how catchy it is. Since the rebrand I look back and will say it's worth every penny. We called KickCharge in 2016 to get a wrap design. They informed me that our logo could use some help. At the time I was in love with our old logo and wasn’t ready to let it go. After talking to Dan I decided to give there new logo a try. Dan created a unique and creative logo that spoke to me and we went forward with the rebranding. It was scary at first but the calls started pouring in. We had wrapped all of trucks and with the new logo and our market liked what they seen. We had done 2 million in sales in 2016, now 2018 we finished our year over 4 million. We had doubled our business in just 2 years. Our branding by KickCharge played a big role in that. As a Graphic Designer and Entrepreneur, I've built a business around logo design, branding and quality products. But, when we decided to re-design our own logo, we hit a wall. You know, as a creative, I was sure we would be able to knock our own logo out of the park. But... The more we worked on it the more I became my worst nightmare. I was too picky on everything and I mean everything. Well, It was time to get a trusted opinion from somebody I had studied for years. As you can see, he had something great up his sleeve as always and had something perfect in mind for our company. The first time I saw the logo, it was love at first sight!
