Our company has been in business for over 47 years. We've had 2 very simple, basic logos during that time but our new one is a game changer! We look nothing like we did before and we can't wait to see where this new brand takes our company. Our team loves the new look. Thanks KickCharge!

I had a great experience working with KickCharge Creative on the branding and logo for my small business. I’ll be honest, it was definitely an investment, and I knew going into it that the process would take some time. It was a longer process than I was used to, but they were upfront about that from the beginning, and in the end, it was absolutely worth it. I especially want to thank my Client Success Manager, Colleen Pepe. She was great to work with throughout the whole process and always kept things moving and made sure I knew what was going on. And a huge shoutout to my Lead Brand Designer, Jeff Devey. Jeff is seriously talented. He took the ideas I had in my head and somehow turned them into an actual brand that I’m extremely proud of. I honestly think Jeff was born to design brands just like Michael Jackson was born to be a pop star and Tom Brady was born to play football 😂. He just has a gift for it. The price and the wait were definitely things I thought about going into it, but after seeing the finished product, I can honestly say I’m glad I did it. I’m extremely happy with our new branding and would definitely recommend KickCharge Creative to another business owner looking to build a professional brand.

Response from the owner:Andrew, thank you so much for the kind review! It was a pleasure working with you on your rebrand. We especially appreciate the trust you placed in our team and our creative expertise. Your active engagement and thoughtful questions throughout the process made the project such a great collaboration. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to Colleen and Jeff. Jeff will especially appreciate the Michael Jackson and Tom Brady comparison! 😂 We’re thrilled that you’re proud of the new brand and excited to see it in action. Thanks again for trusting KickCharge Creative with such an important investment in your business!

Working with KickCharge has been an awesome experience! From the very beginning stages of our rebrand all the way through to the final product, their team has been great to work with. I truly couldn’t recommend them enough. Amanda has been amazing throughout the entire process. She is always on top of things, quick to communicate, organized, and makes sure everything keeps moving forward. The entire KickCharge team really took the time to understand our company, our vision, and what we wanted our new brand to represent. Rebranding a company is a huge process, but they made it exciting and helped bring our vision to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with the final result and can’t wait to see the new brand out in the community. Highly recommend KickCharge!

Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Colton! It’s been such a pleasure working with you, Jason, Lyndsay and Ivette throughout the rebranding process. We’re thrilled to hear that the experience was exciting and that the final brand exceeded your expectations. Your team’s trust in our process and enthusiasm for the new direction made this such a fun collaboration. We can’t wait to see the Cencal Heating, Air & Plumbing brand surf into your community and bring everything we’ve created together to life. Thanks again for choosing KickCharge!

I am absolutely jealous of what Dan and the team have built. I'm not a customer but a long time follower, graphic designer and large format installer. Wish I lived closer so I could learn from the best. I highly recommend this group and have the utmost respect for their dedication to the industry.

Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Luke! It means a lot to hear that from someone who has followed our work and has a deep understanding of the design and large-format industries. We truly appreciate your kind words and respect for what we’ve built at KickCharge. It’s always exciting to hear from others in the industry who share our passion for creating memorable brands, and we’re grateful to have you in our corner!

This is the second brand we’ve done with KickCharge. My father first worked with Dan over 10 years ago, so when we needed a brand for another business, we knew exactly who to go to. In our industry, almost every truck is white with a green logo and we were one of them. When we decided to increase our marketing efforts, we knew we needed something that would actually stand out and stick if we were going to invest in advertising. KickCharge delivered exactly that. The colors pop, the mascot is incredibly memorable, and no one else in our area looks like us. The first time we drove the truck after it was wrapped, people were honking and giving us thumbs-up. Seeing it on the road for the first time was definitely a “wow” moment. Our uniforms look just as sharp — professional, unique, and cohesive with the truck wraps. The whole brand really leaves a mark. The team’s reaction has been incredible too. Everyone felt reinvigorated, and it created a real sense of excitement and pride in being part of something better. KickCharge handled everything — logo, truck wraps, uniforms, collateral, and all the details in between — with an incredible amount of thought and care. They’re easy to work with, patient, open to exploring both our ideas and theirs, and genuinely responsive to feedback and tweaks. They just do really nice work. We love the result, couldn’t be happier with the new brand, and would absolutely recommend them. They’re the best in the branding business.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Gavin! It means a lot to us that your family trusted the KickCharge team with not one but two of your brands. We loved bringing Green Valley’s new look to life and doing our part to create something truly outstanding in your market. Hearing about the reactions of people on the road and the renewed excitement from your team makes it even more rewarding. We appreciate your continued trust and enthusiasm, and we can’t wait to see Green Valley keep turning heads!

We had an outstanding experience working with KickCharge during our rebrand from Advanced Plumbing to Grand Voyage Plumbing & Heating. Their team took the time to understand our vision and created a brand that truly represents who we are and where we're headed as a company. From the logo and truck wrap design to the website and overall branding, every detail was handled professionally and exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they made what could have been an overwhelming project feel seamless. If you're serious about growing your home service business and want a brand that stands out, I highly recommend KickCharge. Their expertise and creativity are second to none.

Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Keith! It was truly a pleasure working with you throughout the entire Grand Voyage rebrand. From the very beginning, you brought such great energy to the process, and our team was thrilled to help bring your vision to life. We loved working through all the details with you, from the new name and logo to the brochures, website and everything in between. We’re incredibly grateful for the trust you placed in us and for how open you were to our ideas and recommendations along the way. Clients like you make the journey so enjoyable, and we’re excited to see where Grand Voyage goes from here. Thanks again for being such a fantastic partner!

We had an amazing experience working with Kick Charge Creative. Their team helped us create our new brand, All Systems Pros, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the beginning, they took the time to understand our vision, our goals, and the direction we wanted to take our company. Their creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. They didn’t just create a logo or a brand — they helped us build an identity that represents the future of our company. We also want to thank the Kick Charge team for the thoughtful gift they sent. It was a very kind gesture and shows the level of care and partnership they bring to their clients. We highly recommend Kick Charge Creative to any company looking to build or refresh their brand. Thank you for helping us bring All Systems Pros to life!

Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! It was a pleasure working with you to bring the All Systems Pros brand to life. Seeing how the brand has evolved from the very beginning and helping shape an identity that truly reflects the future of your company made this an incredibly rewarding project. We're so glad the process, the final brand and even the small gestures along the way made a lasting impression. Thank you for trusting our team throughout the journey. We can't wait to see All Systems Pros continue to grow and make its mark!

This is a long overdue review. We had KickCharge redesign our branding quite some time ago now. These guys are awesome! Everyone we dealt with was an absolute rockstar. We are a small company but the amount of people that tell us they see our vans all over the place is incredible. And the best part? They remember us for when they actually need us! Prior to the rebrand we were 1000% rolling around in what Dan would call a #whitevansyndrome design that just blended in with every other van on the road. Not anymore! Now we stand out from the crowd! Thanks KickCharge team #brandednotblanded

Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Nick! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this review. It’s amazing to hear how much of an impact your new brand has made and that people are recognizing your vans out on the road. Going from blending in to standing out is exactly what great branding is all about, and we’re thrilled that you trusted our team throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with you, and we’re excited to see how the #brandednotblanded approach continues to help your business grow!

I'm pleased to share my experience with KickCharge Creative. They are the cream of the crop in the industry. They are the original pioneers of the home service branding agencies, and their work shows it. Professional, knowledgeable and creative team all across the board. I started from ground zero with this brand, and went through a whole naming process, which I'm very thankful I did. Many people nowadays would like to just use AI to come up with a new name, logo, wrap design, etc., but I'm very thankful I did not. I'm really glad I was able to watch a bunch of their YouTube videos and read Dan's book which really opened my eyes. It was a no brainer after fully understanding the concept and a reminder of our target audience. After understanding their work, I can quickly identify the knock-off brands, which others have really tried to rip-off. Their work is worth the wait, and I'm confident the investment will really pay off. Dan assembled a great team, and it was a pleasure working with KickCharge!

Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Danny! It means a lot to hear that you trusted our team from the very beginning, especially through the naming process and brand development journey. Building a brand from the ground up takes vision, patience and commitment, and you embraced every step with an open mind. We're honored that our content, books and videos helped shape your perspective on branding and that you saw the value in creating something truly original. It was a pleasure working with you, and we can't wait to see your new brand make an impact as you continue to grow. Thank you for choosing KickCharge!

I am very happy with the process and the end result. At the beginning, I thought I knew what I wanted but, through discussions with the team, answering the questions along the way, and some really deep thought, not only did I learn about our true brand mission, but together we built a brand that I am extremely proud of and fully committed to. I will never forget the moment that I read through the finished questionnaire. I literally sat back in my chair, took a deep breath and said to myself "Wow, now that is a brand" I am amazed with how well the process helps to lead to that moment. It is worth all of the work along the way. I want so sincerely thank everyone who contributed to our brand. I am so happy to be part of the KickCharge family of branded companies! Thank you, Justin Sutton - Inside Track Garage Doors

Response from the owner:Thank you, Justin! Your review perfectly captures what we hope every client experiences throughout the branding process. Discovering your true brand mission and seeing everything come together is one of the most rewarding parts of the journey, and we're thrilled that moment resonated so strongly with you. It was a pleasure working with you and helping bring the Inside Track Garage Doors brand to life. Your willingness to engage in the process, ask thoughtful questions and trust our team made for a fantastic collaboration. We're excited to see your new brand shine across all your collateral, and we are grateful to have you in the KickCharge family!

KickCharge Creative couldn’t have been easier to collaborate with from start to finish. Jeanette was ideal to work with as she was extremely attentive and transparent. Her and the team did a great job of listening to my story while consistently communicating during the design phase. They created our new logo to speak volumes about who we are and what we strive to offer our clients. Now that our fleet has been wrapped, our vision has been brought to life! Thanks to KickCharge and team, we are now the most memorable tree care company in Connecticut and perhaps New England.

Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Dan! We truly appreciate you trusting our team with your brand, and it was such a pleasure bringing the Tree Tactics vision to life. Hearing that your fleet is now out in the world and making an impact is exactly why we do what we do. We’re thrilled that your new brand is helping you stand out in such a competitive space, and we can’t wait to see where Tree Tactics goes from here!

The team at Kickcharge did a fantastic job with our new brand we had them design and we are super happy with the overall outcome and brand they came up with! The communication and attention to detail from the inital call with Dan, to our success manager Caragh Openshaw, to our designer Jeff Devey, was excellent. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a potential rebrand!

Response from the owner:It’s so wonderful to hear that you’re happy with your new brand! Communication and attention to detail are two things we truly pride ourselves on, and we’re thrilled that everyone came through for you. Very happy with the final product! Kickcharge Creative has a great team of artists and make great brands that are memorable. They rebranded my company formerly known as Luxury Comfort HVAC to Lighter Living™. The process does take quite some time. In my case I signed contract in September 2025 and didn't have final artwork available till March and I'm still waiting on website which may not be ready till May-June 2026. Holding off on/negotiating brand marketing and advertising during the transition really is stressful, but in the end the wait is worth it.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Brian! We truly appreciate you believing in our team and our process—even when it may be hard at times. We’re so excited for your launch and can’t wait to see where the new brand takes you!

We recently rebranded our company with Kickcharge Creative and when I say “service like no other agency,” I truly mean it. As operators, we all want fast results (I definitely do), but trusting Kickcharge to do what they do best is worth it. Their level of professionalism, communication, and execution exceeded my expectations I honestly didn’t think this kind of service even existed anymore. If you’re looking for premium service and a team that delivers, this is where you want to be. The investment is absolutely worth it.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Jason and the entire Tide Turners team! It is such an incredible compliment to hear that we exceeded your expectations during our time creating your new brand. Our team works hard to make sure we’re giving our very best to every client, and we sincerely appreciate the praise. Thank you for not only choosing KickCharge, but also being so enthusiastic about the rebrand process!

After a couple years of debating we finally settled on KickCharge to help us with the rebrand. Our old brand wasn't grabbing the attention we wanted or fully representing who we are. The whole process was smooth, collaborative and they were excellent to work with. Our whole team is very excited about the future.

Response from the owner:We’re so happy you had a great experience with our team! It’s always exciting for us to work with someone on a complete rebrand, starting with a new name and taking it all the way through web design and collateral. It was wonderful working with you, Nathan, and you helped make the whole experience “smooth sailing!” The entire KickCharge team is excited to see how True Course grows! Thank you so much for choosing us.

Working with KickCharge Creative has been great for all three services that we have paid for. The first, was a total rebrand of our moving company in Austin. They came up with the name, Boxer Buddies, with a friendly mascot that has been doing a great job in our market so far. For the rebrand we worked mainly with Gina, Jessica and Jesse. All three of these people are easy to work with and very experienced when it comes to home service branding. Thanks guys! For the website build and continuing SEO services we have been working with Nicole and Alyse. They are both top notch at what they do and I would highly recommend all of the employees that I've interacted with thus far. I've spoken with Dan, the owner, at a conference and I can tell he cares and is a master at his craft. His book, "Branded Not Blanded", was a great read and I recommend reading that if you know you need to rebrand. Glad we took this route and our business is doing much better after rebranding. Thanks KickCharge!

Response from the owner:We’re so happy to hear this, Will! The whole team had a great time working with you on your rebrand and website. It’s amazing to hear we exceeded your expectations and that you’re getting such great feedback already. We’re so excited to see how much you grow—we’re certain you’ll be the top dog of your market!

I’m super excited to be working with this amazing company. They help you every step along the way and the team is always there to support you. I cannot suggest a better company to work with.

Response from the owner:Brian, thank you so much! We’ve loved working with you and the Doom Buggy team. Your energy and excitement made the whole process a blast from day one. Branding and marketing can feel overwhelming, but you trusted us and dove right in—and that means a lot. We’re grateful for the kind words and can’t wait to see Doom Buggy out in the world. Man. What an experience with KickCharge. I cannot speak highly enough about what this company is able to do. They truly did take us from "blanded" to "branded" within the span of 4 short months. Here's some quick suggestions for anyone who is considering going with KickCharge: 1) Rebranding is stressful. Get all the decision makers in the room and squared up before you proceed. You can waste alot of time not being ready to make quick decisions. 2) Your brand is not about you. It's ultimately designed to attract the kind of people you want to be apart of your organization. This means your external customer base and your internal partners (employees). Set aside your emotion on what YOU think looks good, because while you may be really good at running your business or fixing things, you probably aren't a branding expert, so take the recommendations that Dan and his team give you and give a ton of weight to what they say. 3) I could be wrong, but the way I think of branding is it's a one time investment (like 95%) that you get a payback on for the entire duration of your company. There are very few ways you can invest in your company like investing it in a good brand. 4) I believe that KickCharge stands alone currently as the absolute best in branding the service-based industry. Look at their work, spend time on their website, and do your research - but you can trust that they are going to be at the top of the industry in what they can produce. 5) Just do it.

Response from the owner:Thank you for such an incredible review, Austin! Our team agrees with everything you wrote here—the rebranding process can be very stressful and seem daunting when you first jump in, but investing in a great brand can absolutely change how people see your company. We truly appreciate that you and your team were on board from the beginning and came in with notes, ideas and a direction for where you wanted to go next. We’re so happy you love your new brand and can’t wait to see where this first year with it takes you!
