Payments –
All payments will be made automatically via ACH monthly on the same day of the month. Your annual plan will begin the day that your first payment is made.
Cancellation –
This program’s flexibility and exclusive rate are dependent upon an annual commitment. The cancellation policy is outlined below.
Program has a 6-month minimum. Cancellation prior to 6-months is not possible.
Upon cancellation, the difference between the reduced rate and standard rate will be owed for any and all hours used.
Expiration and Rollover –
At the end of your plan year, up to 50% of any unused hours can be rolled over into a new plan of the same or higher value.
Adding Hours & Upgrading –
You can add additional hours throughout the year in 25-hour increments. You can also upgrade to a higher plan at any time.

Hiring Kick Charge was one of the wisest foundational decisions we made at Air Nerds. The process was professional, staff were incredibly easy to work with, and the value they include cannot be matched by any other company. After the brand birthday- we were supplied with a "roadmap" of next steps that contained a lot of detail and resources to maximize your new brand. It is clear that the Kick Charge staff are the absolute best in their field and have your best interest at hand. Plenty of other companies will take your money and turn their back but Kick Charge literally wants to see you succeed!

One tip: TRUST DAN!! He knows what the heck he is doing. The first time you see your new logo you may not have the reaction you anticipated however you need to keep in mind that his specialty is designing what people hiring you want to see- and that may differ greatly with what you initially think you want to see.

I first saw Dan’s importance of branding message shared at a Vegas service’s convention. I was only a glorified plumbing sales guy for another company back then. His word stuck with me, I knew if I ever started a company, this was THE guy I was hiring. Well, three years ago, I took the leap and I knew only one team was going to be capable of bringing my vision to life. Kickcharge’s team gave my vision form and direction with a clear story. I could not be happier with what Dan and his amazing team members have created for us.
We completed a branding package with KickCharge. They we very professional and created exactly what we needed. KickCharge is knowledgeable about how to design the best brand to fit our city and customers. They were very quick to answer any questions we had as well. We are all very pleased with our experience!
In talking about the cost vs. value, I'm not sure this was worth it.
We had another company quote us less and we would have received more. KickCharge wanted an additional $12k for a brand book after we had already spent more than that just for a logo and a van wrap design. Even got charged extra for uniform designs (a singular shirt).
Working with KickCharge feels very corporate. There's no personal touch and you are definitely just another number. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but definitely not what we were expecting. It seemed weird to give a company the honor/trust of redesigning the face of the place you dedicate your life to (business owners know that your company is like your child), work with them for 5 months, yet they still spell your name wrong. Again, that's just my take.
Additionally, there are super long lead times.
The only thing I can really say is that the logo is cool, but not for what we spent and the experience that came with it.

Some call them expensive. I say they're worth every penny at just about any price.
I'm a very small shop, so to say the expense is worth it is no small feat - Dan Antonelli and KickCharge really earned their place as the absolute leader.
A few years ago I started searching on Google Images for truck wraps to find a designer. Designs by KickCharge stood out throughout my search. I didn't know about them or Dan. Didn't know they did my mentors work or a bunch of shops in my region that looked at with admiration.
After I finally settled on a new business name, I approached KickCharge, and wrote a very large check. I met with my account manager and a designer to discuss design elements and colors. 2-3 weeks later, samples came back - I was floored! It wasn't an easy to pick between them. I asked for parts of 1 design to be applied to another and after a discussion or two the final design was settled.
Then that work went off to a few departments. My character got shading and depth added to it, and then the work got applied to a wrap design. Once I signed off on the initial wrap design it was then worked onto to the front, back and opposite side of the vehicle.
Then his team did my Yard Signs and Door Hangers etc. Everything the touch looks amazing.
Kickcharge redid our brand about a year ago. I waited to give this review because I wanted to see how the brand performed as well as how the support was from the company. As expected the entire team has been amazing through and through!! We cut our advertising back to almost nothing as we are having a hard time keeping up with the work that comes in off of the truck. We initially had the design the new brand and truck wraps. Over the past year we have added in shirts, business cards with shiny Stars (so cool), letter head, table clothes and vinyl banners. They have done an amazing job with all that I have asked for. Looking forward to the continued relationship with everyone there!
Hats off to the whole team at KickCharge. They have a very well-oiled machine from the very first call, to onboarding, to naming, to design, and the other miscellaneous projects. When we do what I think we're going to do with this brand I will point back to you all in acknowledgement. They're going to recognize us now. Well I am unsure where to start with this other than AMAZING!!!! The entire Kick Charge team are all so amazing and great to work with. I know there are many options out there as business owners however, I will tell you that you will not find anyone or any company quite like them. We found the cure for WVS (White Van Syndrome)! The doctors name is Dan Antonelli! The prescription was a complete overhaul for our 54 year old business (Tuck & Howell). It all started when I spoke to a friend of mine that hired Kickcharge to brand his business (Bullseye in Sarasota, FL.). He recommended that I read the book Branded Not Blanded. I was actually working for a company and had been telling my wife that I want to go out on my own.... I have been in the business my whole life and wanted to start my own business but I was missing something. The book made it all come together for me. The proverbial light bulb went off in my head the moment I read the book. I had an opportunity to buy my family's business and it was right after reading Dan's book.
The reason I keep referencing the book is because when a contractor thinks about a complete overhaul of their brand, they think "oh my gosh that's way too expensive". The fact of the matter is that it's a hell of a lot more expensive not to do it! That's the absolute facts!
An amazing phenomenon about rebranding is that not only do you get to increase revenue by attracting more customers but you will attract potential employees! YES I SAID THAT! There is a huge shortage in this industry for technicians and installers as everyone knows. The fact of the matter is that technicians like to feel proud of the company they work for.
