KickCharge Creative agrees to the following:

• Design, layout and art direction for a full color Valpak ad.
• Included in the design is all relevant stock photography, or use of your own digital photography.
• Two rounds of revises are included for each brochure. After the second round, any and all additional revises beyond the initial rounds will be billed at the hourly rate of $225/hour.
