Less customizations equate to speed and a much lower price point. With the KickCharge Framework, we apply your brand to our proven framework. As such, there is very little design flexibility with a framework site. Our estimated turnaround and pricing is dependent upon adhering to the predetermined aesthetic and functionality. This project scope for for a website up to 10 pages.

What to Expect?
Once we’ve reviewed your project brief, we’ll schedule a website kickoff call to align on goals, branding, and functionality. Our process is a collaboration between our content, design, and development teams, ensuring a seamless integration of your brand into a fully functional WordPress website.

Design
Thoughtful Design, Maximum Impact
Your web designer will design the following:
- Four design templates – home, inner, city and blog.
- One unique header graphic per parent page.
- Custom background image for the homepage and inner page.
- Font color that lives in the vein of your brand.
- Stock photography to be selected via ThinkStock or to be provided by the client.
- Blog – if so dictated by the strategy.
Two rounds of revisions are included in the costs. Any additional rounds thereafter will be billed at $225/hour.
Development
Development: Transforming Your Design Into Code
Website development is the phase where we transition the approved design files (PSDs or Figma) into a fully functional website. Our development process focuses on building a high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly WordPress site.
Development Includes:
- Front-End Buildout:
- Implementation of headers, hero sections, background images, typography, colors, and CSS styling.
- Integration of approved forms and key functional elements.
- Plugin & Tool Integration:
- Installation and setup of essential tools, including Google Analytics, form builders, and tracking integrations.
- Video embedding via YouTube (preferred over Vimeo for optimized page load speeds).
- Unlimited image uploads, with a recommended approach of one unique photo per service page and per city.
- Custom Coding & Functionality:
- Site development in HTML5 and PHP, ensuring a responsive and accessible experience across all devices.
Important Note: Development does not include SEO implementation at this stage. SEO optimization is a separate phase handled by our digital marketing team once the development is complete.

The cost for additional blog posts can be quoted separately. Two rounds of content revises are included. After the second round, any and all additional content revises beyond the initial rounds will be billed at the hourly rate of $225/hour.

Self-Hosted Option (Use at Your Own Risk)
If you choose to manage your own hosting, you are responsible for setup, security, and maintenance. While WordPress is compatible with many hosting providers, we cannot guarantee performance or provide ongoing support for sites hosted externally.

Additional Notes & Project Scope
Your website build is based on the agreed scope of work, which includes the number of pages, service areas, and core functionality outlined in your proposal.
Customization & Additions:
- If you need additional pages, expanded service areas, or new functionality, we’ll discuss options and pricing accordingly.
- Development timelines are dependent on design approval—once the design is finalized, we can provide a more precise timeline.
Project Feedback & Communication:
- We provide two rounds of revisions to ensure your website meets your expectations.
- Staying on schedule requires prompt communication and feedback from your team. Delayed responses may impact project timelines.
Payment Schedule
- One-half of the fee is due and payable as a deposit before work commences.
- The remaining balance will be due 45 days after initial deposit or before the site goes live, whichever occurs first.
- Once paid in full, you shall own all files (includes written content) and code used to build your site, including PSDs, and source code.
