We can’t wait to tell you about Jenn (with two n’s)—our extremely talented graphic designer! Jenn sees herself as one of the lucky ones. Not only is graphic design (specifically vehicle wrap design) her passion, but it’s also her career, which means she gets to do what she loves every day!
Jenn stumbled upon her love for art later than most, not long before it was time to apply for college. However, she hit the ground running with her new found passion. Jenn applied to Kutztown University’s Communication Design program and the rest is history. What Jenn enjoys most about being a graphic designer is seeing her project through, watching her vision come to life.
Jenn’s drive is admirable and her curiosity is unmatched. When it comes to trying something new, she can’t simply learn how to do it. She needs to know the “why” and the “how,” which is a quality she largely attributes to her dad. Like Jenn, he is the type of person that must take things apart and put them back together again in order to fully understand them.
Jenn graduated summa cum laude from Kutztown University with a B.A. in Communication Design with concentrations in Graphic and Interactive Design.
Seeing Jenn without her camera in hand—now that’s a rarity. Her favorite subject to shoot? Cars, of course! As those close to Jenn can attest, if you’re looking for her, start your search at a local car show. Odds are you’ll find this life-long car lover crouched down on the ground, snapping pictures of cars from every angle. Jenn hopes that, someday, her 1999 Chevy Camaro will make its own car show appearance—but she has some work to do first! Jenn also loves to play pool, watch movies and design in her free time.
Jenn’s proudest accomplishment is her journey to becoming a graphic designer. She began Kutztown’s Communication Design program with doubts, a rudimentary understanding of art and absolutely no graphic design experience—all of which she attributes to discovering her love for art later than most. But Jenn didn’t allow her classmates’ headstart to discourage her. Rather, she turned inferiority into fuel, buckled down and worked harder. Fast forward four years, Jenn walked across that graduation stage as an outstanding student and an extremely talented graphic designer.
“No matter how the wind howls, the mountain cannot bow to it.”
