Sometimes, a career chooses a person rather than the other way around. With Jesse, the project management life definitely chose him—and it certainly suits him to a T.
You see, even in the most stressful situations, Jesse has the ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues with confidence and ease. His positive attitude is infectious and his calm nature is reassuring to his clients, who view him as their fearless project leader—and their friend.
Music was Jesse’s early passion. From perfecting his guitar skills to jamming out to his favorite tracks, Jesse found himself most at home when immersed in the notes and lyrics of songs—until his senior year of high school. After taking a course in Photoshop, something clicked and Jesse discovered a new passion. He’s been using his gifted eye in the creative world ever since.
Before Jesse joined KickCharge® Creative, he and his wife took a chance on life together. With nothing standing in their way but the road ahead, the two of them packed up their belongings in the Garden State and embarked on a journey to San Diego. There, they soaked up the sun and enjoyed everything life had to offer.
But lucky for us, Jesse couldn’t shake the hometown dirt from his shoes, leading to his return to New Jersey—and the start of his career at KickCharge Creative. Between his 10 years of marketing experience and his optimistic attitude, we knew Jesse was the perfect fit for our team— and, more importantly, our clients—the moment he walked through our doors.

Jesse once starred in a hidden camera TV show, where he was pranked by one of his all-time idols, Aaron Rodgers. Unfortunately, this encounter never blossomed into the friendship that Jesse had once hoped.
Don’t let Jesse’s calm nature fool you. When he’s not smoothing over situations at work, you can find him unleashing his more competitive nature, clapping for every MMA takedown and cheering on his favorite football team.
“There’s no talent here, this is hard work. This is an obsession. Talent does not exist; we are all equal as human beings. You could be anyone if you put in the time. You will reach the top, and that is that. I am not talented, I am obsessed.” — Conor McGregor
