Jillian loves building relationships and being part of the process that helps her clients’ dreams come true! She takes pride in her ability to identify opportunities for growth and is always striving to find ways to elevate both herself and those around her.
Jillian enjoys exploring new hobbies. She believes that a balanced life is key to maintaining long-term success and that embracing both professional and personal passions is the secret to staying fulfilled. Whether she’s cuddling with her dogs, indulging in a good poetry book, tuning out to music or simply being present in the quietness, Jillian approaches life with an open heart and a genuine desire to make the most of each day.
Jillian graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) in Business Management from Syracuse University, with a minor in Creative Leadership. She will be pursuing a Dual Master’s in Human Capital Management and Human Capital Data & Analytics at New York University (NYU).
When Jillian isn’t working, she absolutely loves spending time with her two dogs, Rogue and Raiden, and playing a competitive game of Uno with her family. She’s a fan of online shopping at Sephora, Ulta, Target and Amazon—even when she doesn’t necessarily need anything. (Oops!) Jillian also enjoys cozying up in bed with an iced caramel macchiato, watching reruns of her favorite shows, and taking time to relax and unwind.
Some of Jillian’s greatest passions are living life to the fullest and learning something new every step of the way. She believes in constant growth and development, embracing every opportunity to expand her knowledge and skills.
