Multi-Tasking Manager

There are thousands of moving parts in every project—and Michelle somehow manages all of them. Part juggler, part task enforcer and part crowd pleaser, Michelle ensures that every project is delivered on time, in scope, and within budget. On a daily basis, Michelle leads projects from conception to completion. She plans, budgets, and oversees all aspects of any given assignment, working with each team within the agency and ensuring client satisfaction. She also maintains all our A/R aging reports (Don’t ask, it’s complicated) and other things that you need to be a math wizard to fully understand.

On top of all of that, Michelle also oversees the Human Resources functions at KickCharge® Creative—keeping the gears of the business turning and ensuring that employees are happy. In other words, when she’s not tackling challenges and doing really complicated math, she’s taking care of a bunch of prima donna designers and ornery account people. And as you’d probably imagine, keeping all of us happy is no easy task. Yet somehow, Michelle manages. Lucky for us.

Education

Graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University with a BA in Marketing.

Background

Michelle worked in a wide range of corporate positions, including AT&T, until she exited the workforce to raise her children. Fortunately for everyone here, she chose KickCharge Creative as the place to rejoin the workforce.

When not at work

You’ll most likely find her at her happy place, the Jersey Shore. In the off-season, she spends her time with her family. A lot of her free time is spent watching her daughters play field hockey, which has taken her to many places like Virginia Beach, Orlando and West Palm Beach. “It is so much fun watching them play the sport they love.”
