The most stressful thing I have done in my buisness…. And worth every bit of it!I started as Lundberg plumbing. I read dans book branded not blanded and knew Dan was the man for me!We changed to rare breed and it has been amazing!A few notes to help ease some of the frustrations I had. Don’t ask your employees opinion but keep them in mind.It is normal not to love love love it at first. But if you can see the vision then trust the process. If you can’t see the vision/ story then speak up!Every frustration I had with them was lack of communication and confidence on my part! Knowing what I know now I would do it all over again!

Our business just crossed the 15 year mark. My son and I knew we needed a total refresh. I spent my early years as a graphic designer and we have our own in house communications team. I was introduced to KickCharge and Dan by a mentor of ours. I knew instantly that we could not produce at the same level Dan's team was. The entire experience has been fantastic! KC took what we were doing helped us look at our market and evaluated our future goals. I knew at the end I wanted to look at our brand, trucks and mascot and love it every day. What KC gave us translates to every medium, van wraps, uniforms, signage, T-shirts, our live mascot, website and all our digital channels. It all looks amazing! We've been in business for 9 years and like most owners who started their company from the ground up, you tend to treat it like one of your kids. To say we were scared of the new change is an understatement! After talking with Dan and his team we knew we were in good hands!! I absolutely LOVE KickCharge, what they have helped my team and I do is absolutely amazing!! Going through this process was very emotional and at times frustrating! The frustrating part about it, I was in my own way! When change comes so does resistance, but after talking to Dan and his team I just needed to trust the process and get out of my own way! You will not regret hiring the A-Team in home service branding.Hiring Kick Charge was one of the wisest foundational decisions we made at Air Nerds. The process was professional, staff were incredibly easy to work with, and the value they include cannot be matched by any other company.After the brand birthday- we were supplied with a "roadmap" of next steps that contained a lot of detail and resources to maximize your new brand. It is clear that the Kick Charge staff are the absolute best in their field and have your best interest at hand. Plenty of other companies will take your money and turn their back but Kick Charge literally wants to see you succeed!They have earned our business for all future branding work!One tip: TRUST DAN!! He knows what the heck he is doing. The first time you see your new logo you may not have the reaction you anticipated however you need to keep in mind that his specialty is designing what people hiring you want to see- and that may differ greatly with what you initially think you want to see.I plan to update this review in 6 months to share what our re-brand has done for our inner culture and revenue growth!Kick Charge will literally make your brand come alive!!

I first saw Dan’s importance of branding message shared at a Vegas service’s convention. I was only a glorified plumbing sales guy for another company back then. His word stuck with me, I knew if I ever started a company, this was THE guy I was hiring. Well, three years ago, I took the leap and I knew only one team was going to be capable of bringing my vision to life. Kickcharge’s team gave my vision form and direction with a clear story. KickCharge is knowledgeable about how to design the best brand to fit our city and customers. They were very quick to answer any questions we had as well. In talking about the cost vs. value, I'm not sure this was worth it.We had another company quote us less and we would have received more. KickCharge wanted an additional $12k for a brand book after we had already spent more than that just for a logo and a van wrap design. Even got charged extra for uniform designs (a singular shirt).Working with KickCharge feels very corporate. There's no personal touch and you are definitely just another number. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but definitely not what we were expecting. It seemed weird to give a company the honor/trust of redesigning the face of the place you dedicate your life to (business owners know that your company is like your child), work with them for 5 months, yet they still spell your name wrong. Again, that's just my take.Additionally, there are super long lead times.The only thing I can really say is that the logo is cool, but not for what we spent and the experience that came with it.

Some call them expensive. I say they're worth every penny at just about any price.I'm a very small shop, so to say the expense is worth it is no small feat - Dan Antonelli and KickCharge really earned their place as the absolute leader.A few years ago I started searching on Google Images for truck wraps to find a designer. Designs by KickCharge stood out throughout my search. I didn't know about them or Dan. Didn't know they did my mentors work or a bunch of shops in my region that looked at with admiration.After I finally settled on a new business name, I approached KickCharge, and wrote a very large check. I met with my account manager and a designer to discuss design elements and colors. 2-3 weeks later, samples came back - I was floored! It wasn't an easy to pick between them. I asked for parts of 1 design to be applied to another and after a discussion or two the final design was settled.Then that work went off to a few departments. My character got shading and depth added to it, and then the work got applied to a wrap design. Once I signed off on the initial wrap design it was then worked onto to the front, back and opposite side of the vehicle.Then his team did my Yard Signs and Door Hangers etc. Everything the touch looks amazing.I'm thrilled to be a client.

Kickcharge redid our brand about a year ago. I waited to give this review because I wanted to see how the brand performed as well as how the support was from the company. As expected the entire team has been amazing through and through!! We cut our advertising back to almost nothing as we are having a hard time keeping up with the work that comes in off of the truck. We initially had the design the new brand and truck wraps. Over the past year we have added in shirts, business cards with shiny Stars (so cool), letter head, table clothes and vinyl banners. They have done an amazing job with all that I have asked for. Looking forward to the continued relationship with everyone there!

Dan and his team are great at what they do. They tell you what you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear. Kickcharge has systemetized a true genius - bringing forth brand feeling through design and architecture. These guys are like no one else in the industry and worth every penny. The amount of thought and effort that Dan and his team put into your brand will bring it to a level you didn't even know possible. if you want better insight into the thought process they apply to their clients, give Dan's book Branded Not Blanded a read. It gives great insight into how to think about your brand and what it says to your customers, but working with their team is unbeatable. Investing with them for my brand is the best money I've spent on by business, hands down.

Kickcharge creates pure magic. The re-branding experience is definitely a full-scale, in-depth process. We absolutely received what we paid for. We are SO PROUD of our new brand - and were guided through this process with so much care, professionalism, and the final product is AMAZING! Well I am unsure where to start with this other than AMAZING!!!! The entire Kick Charge team are all so amazing and great to work with. I know there are many options out there as business owners however, I will tell you that you will not find anyone or any company quite like them. They explained everything in the process and the why's along the way. I know that it is hard to hear your brand may not be the best, especially since many of us built our companies from nothing. The reality is in this case my brand was terrible. We have gained so much more recognition, our team culture has shifted and the value in the service we provide is now easily visible at a quick glance! We found the cure for WVS (White Van Syndrome)! The doctors name is Dan Antonelli! The prescription was a complete overhaul for our 54 year old business (Tuck & Howell). It all started when I spoke to a friend of mine that hired Kickcharge to brand his business (Bullseye in Sarasota, FL.). He recommended that I read the book Branded Not Blanded. I was actually working for a company and had been telling my wife that I want to go out on my own.... I have been in the business my whole life and wanted to start my own business but I was missing something. The book made it all come together for me. The proverbial light bulb went off in my head the moment I read the book. I had an opportunity to buy my family's business and it was right after reading Dan's book.The reason I keep referencing the book is because when a contractor thinks about a complete overhaul of their brand, they think "oh my gosh that's way too expensive". The fact of the matter is that it's a hell of a lot more expensive not to do it! That's the absolute facts!An amazing phenomenon about rebranding is that not only do you get to increase revenue by attracting more customers but you will attract potential employees! YES I SAID THAT! There is a huge shortage in this industry for technicians and installers as everyone knows. The fact of the matter is that technicians like to feel proud of the company they work for. They like to pull up to the house driving a wrapped vehicle with some cool and sticky branding, walk up to the door wearing a uniform matching the vehicle, handing the home owner a business card that matches as well! These guys don't like driving a clunker, wearing a t-shirt with clip art on the left chest, and handing them a card that they designed on vistaprint!Ask for Erica and Gina as your project managers! They are absolute Rockstars! Very responsive, knowledgeable and professional! Going through a rebrand there is a lot of communication and having someone that stays on top of things is extremely important not only for detail but timing. These 2 gals are some of the best I have ever seen! I don't know where they found them but they are lucky to have them!Get with the program!
