Colleen has always gravitated toward roles where she can help people feel supported and taken care of. After beginning her college education, she chose to pursue hands-on professional experience, discovering that she learned best through real-world challenges and responsibility.

Over the years, she has supported large communities and internal teams through clear communication and thoughtful follow-through. She enjoys bringing structure to busy environments and making sure no one feels left in the dark.

At KickCharge Creative, Colleen is excited to help clients build brands that truly support their success. She believes that behind every business is a real person with big goals, and she is motivated by being part of work that makes a meaningful difference in their lives.

Education

Colleen attended community college before ultimately deciding to step into a full-time career. Most of her growth has come through roles in customer experience, operations and community management, where she’s learned by doing and by staying curious.

When Not at Work

When she’s not working, Colleen is usually hunting for hidden treasures at thrift stores, experimenting in the kitchen or trying out a new craft idea just to see what happens. She loves a cozy night on the couch with a great movie, show or book, but give her a sunny day and she’ll be outside enjoying every second of it.

Growth. Colleen is proud of the way she continues to choose better for herself and keep moving forward. Personally and professionally, she tries not to settle and believes small improvements over time really add up.
