Katie Ungaro

Digital Project Manager

Katie met her wife while attending Bloomsburg University, and they quickly formed a strong connection to the school and town. They loved spending their free time exploring, and they still visit every year for the Bloomsburg Fair and to camp at Knoebels Amusement Resort. It’s such a meaningful place to them that they got married there and even named their daughter after it.

She’s worked in a variety of fields, from her dad’s auto shop to office management, door-to-door sales and several years as a relationship manager at PayPal. Those experiences taught Katie how to connect with people, manage multiple projects and see initiatives through from start to finish.

What she’s most passionate about is helping small businesses and bringing structure to things that feel chaotic—finding ways to make processes smoother, projects run better and people’s lives a little easier.

When Not At Work

Katie loves going on road trips. She and her family will just get in the car on the weekend and drive somewhere. She also loves thrifting and antiquing, and a good thrift store is commonly a destination for their road trips. Spending time with her friends is always important—especially as they are all growing their families and having babies. She is loving this phase of life.

Proudest Accomplishment

Either buying her first house or surviving the first year of parenthood. While both were super exciting and wonderful—boy, were they crazy stressful.
