Digital Task Master Extraordinaire
Kim has been with KickCharge since she graduated from the University of Scranton and, over the past decade, proudly worked up from an intern position to become the director of branded digital marketing. Her primary responsibilities are energizing digital strategies, sparking engagement and powering brand growth through social media and email marketing. Kim’s expert knowledge of the KickCharge business model and her eye on the ever-changing best practices of digital marketing make her an essential asset to the team.
In 2024, Kim was a winner of the Top Marketing Mavericks Under 40 from the NJ Ad Club, a group which she is also a proud member of. This award recognizes professionals across the state who are exemplary leaders, transform their work through innovation, consistently give top-level performance and have powerful strategic vision. She also has a certification from the Invest In Your Leaders course which covers 12 key leadership areas including coaching, conflict management, project management and more.
When not crafting top-notch strategies to drive clients’ social and email analytics, Kim enjoys doing freelance photography, traveling, hiking, reading and watching hockey and baseball. She’s a die-hard Mets and Rangers fan!

When she’s not taking photographs, you can catch Kim cheering on her favorite NHL hockey team – the New York Rangers.
When not behind the computer screen, you can find Kim spending time with her friends and family, sipping wine while watching Disney films (Aladdin is her favorite) or taking photographs of just about anything (saying that she’s obsessed with photography is an understatement!)
