Pritpal was born in India and grew up in the Sacramento area of Northern California—his family moved to the States when he was 4 years old. Going from one sunshine capital to another, he eventually moved to Hawaii to further his education. Having lived in the Aloha State for more than 10 years, he definitely considers it home!

He spent several years in the Army and upon completing his service, Pritpal took on new challenges leading field service operations in industries including construction, excavation, solar energy, electrical and telecommunications, all of which led him to his current role of director of digital operations.

Pritpal has a real passion for people and process, and firmly believes that nothing is all that complicated as long as everyone is willing to learn and adapt. He’s typically the go-to person for people around him and is considered to be a Jack of all trades, master of many. Pritpal likes to both let life happen and plan for what’s coming, noting, “You can’t be random if you can’t manage the flow.”
