A Friendly Brand Delivers Big Results

For some companies, rebranding is a no-brainer. A new, impactful identity can help improve your company culture, attract new leads, build customer loyalty and increase average tickets—all aspects that Economy Drain Cleaning needed help with. Owner Travas Marko approached KickCharge, hoping to give his Pennsylvania-based plumbing company the spark necessary to energize his team and elevate the customer experience.

Our first step in the process was a new name: Plumbing Pals. Not only is alliteration a powerful tool in naming, it also opened the door to incredible possibilities for the brand. Our illustrators developed a pair of mascots that fit the name and would support a fun, friendly company culture. From there, we worked on matching stationery, equipment stickers, uniforms and a tagline (“Your Mains for Plumbing & Drains!”) to tie the brand together and show customers that these pals mean business.

The results? Immediate success! In the 12 months since launching his new brand, Travas shared with us that the average service ticket increased over $200 each. With approximately 30 service calls per day, that’s a net increase of $30k per week … or $1.56 million in additional revenue. That equates to a 38% overall increase for Plumbing Pals—and this is just the beginning. The new brand is turning heads in the Philadelphia market, attracting new clients and helping old ones stick around for the long haul. His team is buying into the new identity, too! With so much positivity packed into its DNA, we’re excited to see how far Plumbing Pals goes in the years to come!
